• The Government of Uttar Pradesh is implementing the Parivar ID scheme to achieve the goal of providing job opportunities to all families in the state.
• The Family ID scheme will provide comprehensive visibility of all families, helping to identify eligible persons who are currently excluded from benefits.
• UP Govt schemes linked: Scholarships, Pension, Benefits to labourers, Samman Nidhi / Subsidies to Farmers, Kanya Sumangala Yojana, Food grain procurement by Farmers, Kaushal Vikas, Rojgaar Sangam, PRERNA (Students of Basic Education) etc.
• Family ID will be required to send government scheme money directly to the beneficiary's bank account via DBT. All residents of Uttar Pradesh are advised to create their Family ID.

Step by Step Process of UP Family ID Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Scheme Registration 2024

• To register, mobile number linked with Aadhaar card of all family members is required.
• Step 1 : Open the official Uttar Pradesh Family ID portal familyid.up.gov.in on mobile/desktop. Direct links are given in Some Useful Important Links section.
• Step 2 : Click on “Registration / पंजीकरण” (New Registration). Enter full name and mobile number which is linked with Aadhaar, then complete OTP verification. Registration will be completed after OTP.
• Step 3 : After registration, login using mobile number and OTP verification.
• Step 4 : Enter Aadhaar card number of the person and verify via OTP. After verification, photo and basic personal information will appear. Fill additional details like marital status, spouse details (if married), occupation, mobile number, etc.
• Step 5 : Similarly, add information of other family members – husband/wife, mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter and other dependents using their Aadhaar number and OTP verification.
• Step 6 : After adding information of all family members, enter complete address details where verification has to be done.
• Step 7 : Check all information carefully and submit the registration. Immediately a 12-digit Family ID and an application number will be generated on the screen. Candidates can check status later using the application number.
• Note: After submission of registration / application form, changes cannot be made. Fill all information carefully before final submit.
